We are investing in the future!

New apprentice Tyler Limburn joined us in January and has fitted in really well.

He’s nearly finished all his technical certificates and we are showing him the practical side of things.

So far it’s been a very busy new year, with boiler swaps, underfloor heating, servicing and the usual repairs and maintenance.

Been a busy week, spent the first half of the week doing some kitchen plumbing for a local company as well as continuing an ongoing job in Beccles.

On Sunday I had a phone call from a lady who’s boiler was broken. I visited on Monday, immediately recognised the boiler was beyond reasonable repair and we spent Thursday and Friday replacing it. We got really good feedback as we were able to provide her with a fan heater until we got there on Thursday and got heat on the same day. We also as always left the house as we found it with minimum disruption.
